Our cooking classes have also been mentioned as one of Italy’s top cooking schools in Food and Wine magazine and in a publication of National Geographic entitled “Food Journeys of a Lifetime: 500 extraordinary places where to eat around the globe”.

In 2014, Letizia has appeared on BBC2 TV as a local gastronomy expert ("Escape to the country", photo above). In 2017, Letizia has been interviewed at "The Connected Table" US national radio show to discuss her first cookbook "A Kitchen with a View".
