From you I have learned that good food is when a dish cannot be perfected any further. That clean is really clean and so must be also where you don’t look. That small step by small step many dreams will become true.
My little mama. There is never enough time to say goodbye.

Yes, they are. A child is a part of her mother and viceversa, we have been separated but never completely. Thank you Menehune.

Letizia,
I am looking at your website and recipes as I anticipate another visit (stayed with you summer of 2005) to Umbria in March. I’m very sorry to hear that you lost your mother. Your comment of “never enough time to say good-bye” brought a tear to my eye because I too know that is so true. Your memories are precious and your mother will live on in you.
I look forward to staying with you in the spring and will be in contact with the dates.
Sincerely,
Susan

Oh my. Letizia, what beautiful words. They roll of the tongue with a grace that tells you that the translation will be just as lovely. What a wonderful picture of two beautiful women. I am sorry that you lost her to GOD, but I think much of her lives on in you. Somehow I can see her in you.
Ciao amico mio
