    . . . and to you and your family too! We are having an “Italian” Christmas dinner this year. We’ll be teaching our nephews to make pasta, passing on our new-found knowledge gained from you this summer. We enjoyed more panacotta on Sunday night. It’s becoming a family favourite. . . in the summer with peaches, at Thanksgiving with apple crumble topping, and now at Christmas with a simple chocolate sauce. Merry Christmas from Elaine and Denis in British Columbia!
